Hi All

  • Motherboard has a Cortex M0 LPC824, RS485 data port, power supply 12V or 24V
  • 7 card slots, each galvanically isolated (only up to 200V due to layout)
  • Terminals are cage clamp, each card has 4 terminals
  • Excellent for bridge / PT100 and slow moving systems
  • The card pictured is for 3 wire PT100, 1degC uncalibrated, LPC824 onboard

PT100 Sensor Probe S121

New Pt100 Sensor Probe for abrasive process temperature measurement.

The stainless steel probe pocket installs into a compression fitting, rotated so that the offset sensor is downstream from the abrasive medium flow.

The chart below is a simpel temp rise test (drop three PT100 probes into a cup of hot water), and shows the comparative time responses for 3 different probe assemblies.

Probe “A” is a thin stainless steel pocket.

Probe “B” is the stainless steel pocket S121 pictured above with offset PT100 sensor.

Probe “C” is a stainless steel pock (same dimensions) with the PT100 centered.
