7. Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are prepaid. Any written offered delivery timing is from time the order is paid and cashed into our account.
8. Unless stated otherwise, the prices are to supply Ex Works from Furzy Electronics P/L.
9. The hardware includes a 1 calendar year warranty Ex Works. Freight to Furzy Electronics P/L and return freight is not included, and is responsibility of the customer.
10. Ex Works means from Furzy Electronics P/L Freemans Reach NSW office. When the goods pass from us at our office to your nominated carrier or to your possession, they are delivered.
11. Payment means acceptance of these terms. Any order that alters these terms is not accepted.
