FW01 implements

  • a Slave Mobus on UART5 on J4 (TXD, RXD, TXEN).

The features are configurable through the register set.

Analog Inputs configuration features include

  • 10ms sample rate
  • ratiometric reading
  • corrected to 3V3 VDD using onboard reference
  • filtered (average 128 samples updated every 32 samples)
  • processing with multiplier, divisor, and offset to signed 32 bit
  • result transfer to other registers
  • software comparator with digital output transfer to other registers

Digital IO configuration includes

  • Input or Ouput
  • Edge or Level Set Output
  • Configurable logic gate for output
  • Bit transfer to other registers

The Firmware FW01 is supplied as a hex file that can be loaded onto the STM32F091RC using the ST Bootloader / ST Flash Loader Demonstrator.


To write the REGISTER setup to FLASH requires a key, that can be obtained through our keys server. The Furzy MODBUS UTIL for FW01 simplifies this process.

Keys can be purchased through the downloads page, or by contacting us direct by email.

The hex file identity is different for each customer, the hex file is sent by email, and the keys purchased are added to the keys server. This process is not automated, normally allow 24 hours.
